Rogers Musasizi serves as Sinapis’ Entrepreneur Sales Manager in Uganda, where he is responsible for identifying and onboarding promising entrepreneurs to be trained by Sinapis. He is passionate about seeing participants apply their newly acquired skills to scale their companies and impact their communities. Rogers has a business background in sales that includes strategy formulation and implementation, new business acquisition, relationship management, recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and monitoring sales function performance. He holds an MBA, a bachelor’s degree in Business Computing, and a post-graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. Outside Sinapis, Rogers enjoys sports and reading and is known for his contagious smile.
