We are a community of faith-driven entrepreneurs.

At Sinapis, we empower entrepreneurs professionally and spiritually using training and a global support network so they can grow to the next level and transform the world around them.
Our passion is small and growing businesses (SGBs) typically with 5 to 250 employees. These companies fuel the economy and account for 67-80% of new job growth. Their success goes far beyond the entrepreneur and brings employment and dignity to their community.

OUR ORIGIN STORY

The Big Idea

The word sinapis refers to the mustard seed that Jesus spoke about, which starts out small yet grows to be great and support the life around it (Mark 4:31-32). And that’s the big idea. Sinapis helps entrepreneurs grow from seed stage to maturity and influence their communities in the process.
How We Equip Entrepreneurs to Create a Movement

Growing Globally

As we expand into new countries, we look for places that have tremendous potential for economic and spiritual impact. Our global network includes programs that Sinapis manages directly, such as Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda, but we also team up with like-minded partners who expand Sinapis’ programs into new markets like Brazil, Egypt, Ghana, Liberia, Mexico, Mozambique, and Burundi.
