With over 20 years of experience as a pastor and church planter, Gowi integrates faith, leadership, and real- world insight. His global exposure—having lived abroad and traveled to over 40 countries—has shaped his understanding of culture, history, philosophy, and how leaders solve challenges within their unique contexts. Gowi brings experience from multiple startup ventures, both successful and failed, offering grounded, relatable mentorship to emerging leaders. He is a trained and certified executive leadership coach, a business coach, and an experienced communicator who values connecting across sectors and perspectives. An Afro-optimist at heart, he is committed to opening opportunities for Africa’s next generation of leaders. Outside his professional work, he is a dedicated family man, sports enthusiast, and active mentor to young leaders.
