Lucy Kirui is a visionary leader dedicated to driving digital-led growth and market transformation for SMEs and tech startups across Kenya and the African continent. With over 15 years of experience in the AgriFood sector, she co-founded a social enterprise focused on advancing digital collaboration and innovation. Lucy has designed and delivered AgTech and FinTech solutions adopted by 20+ vendors, over 1,000 Agri-SMEs, and more than 500,000 customers. She co-developed mobile-based yield-index InsurTech and FinTech products that have benefited 32,000 potato farmers. She has also supported the market entry of multiple international tech companies into Kenya and East Africa. Her work spans partnerships with government, donors, NGOs, private-sector organizations, and tech partners across Africa, Asia, and Europe. She has contributed to national committees shaping ICT strategies for African SMEs.
