With over 30 years of experience in the cut flower industry and the non-profit sector, Lucy is a passionate and dedicated Managing Director at Kikwetu Flowers Ltd., a company that grows some of the highest quality roses in the world. She is also a Founding Trustee and Director at The Wema Centre Trust, an organization that rehabilitates street children and reunites them with their families. Lucy has a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nairobi and a background in facilitation, business management, international sales, fundraising, and project coordination. She is also the author of 'Courage is a Calling: Saving Mombasa's Street Children', a book that shares her personal journey and vision for transforming the lives of the most vulnerable children in Kenya. Lucy’s mission is to create positive social and environmental impact through ethical and sustainable business practices and community development initiatives.
