She is the CEO of Magana Holdings Limited (MHL), where she oversees the company’s public and private investments and serves on multiple boards. In her leadership role, she has strengthened organizational structures, enhanced compliance, and improved governance across MHL and its subsidiaries. Beyond her corporate work, Soila has consulted widely across East Africa, supporting the growth and resilience of SME businesses.
