Kendi Ntwiga is a global business, technology and operations executive who believes deeply in leadership grounded in service, excellence and impact. Guided by an active Christian faith, she is passionate about what is possible when values, innovation and action come together in the marketplace.

With more than 18 years of experience across Meta, Microsoft, Oracle, HP and Check Point, Kendi has led businesses, teams and transformation initiatives across Africa and globally. She currently serves as Global Head of Integrity and Support Enablement at Meta and sits on the boards of KCB Bank Kenya and Mercy Corps Europe. She is also the founder of SheGoesTech, a mentorship initiative supporting African women in technology.

Kendi is passionate about Sinapis’ work because she believes entrepreneurship can be a powerful vehicle for creating jobs, strengthening communities and transforming lives.
