Sinapis is a Christian social enterprise that provides early stage entrepreneurs with advanced business training entrenched with Kingdom Business principles, mentorship, consultancy and access to seed funding. Sinapis runs two core products: the Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy (for growth stage businesses)and the Sinapis Aspire Launchpad (for early or idea stage businesses).The Aspire Launchpad training takes the form of a 9-week program, approximately 3.5 hours of classroom time per week. Sinapis provides the curriculum that is delivered to the entrepreneurs through certified Sinapis Aspire Facilitators. Sinapis Aspire Facilitators are individuals who:
1. Have over 2 years’ experience in teaching/training, preferably adult-training
2. Are committed Christians, passionate about Sinapis’ mission to integrate biblical principles in business training
3. Are personable and sociable, and can easily engage the entrepreneurs for a 3.5 hour class
4. Have a passion for training and are enthusiastic about business
5. Have an entrepreneurial drive and experience as an entrepreneur
6. Are available to conduct a training for 9 consecutive Saturdays or weekday evenings
The new facilitators who will be selected to join the team will undergo a rigorous 2-day certification process that will require the Facilitator to dedicate the following amount of time to training prior to becoming a certified facilitator:
1. Sinapis Certification upon successful completion of the Training-of-Trainers program
2. Access to Aspire resources
3. Certificates of appreciation for the annually-selected Sinapis overall best facilitator
4. A token of appreciation of approximately $30 for every facilitation session conducted
