Beatrice orchestrates many of Sinapis’ alumni engagement programs within Kenya. She loves systems, but she also loves people. It’s a rare mix of practicality and relationship building, which is been valuable to Sinapis’ model of focusing on the entrepreneur more than the company. Formally trained at Kenya Institute of Management, Beatrice honed her skills at Keswick Books and New Day where she helped optimize business operations. Faith is important to her, and Sinapis allows her to blend business with Kingdom principles. It’s not just about training. She gets to disciple and encourage people.
