Bobson brings over ten years of mission-driven sales and business development experience across Uganda’s legal, medical, and consulting sectors. He has a proven record of forging strategic partnerships with government agencies, private-sector leaders, and international donors to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and mentor high-performing teams.

Previously, as Business Development Manager at Orima & Co Advocates, he secured key partnerships with institutions such as the World Bank, World Vision, Stromme Foundation, Bank of Uganda, and several foreign embassies. Bobson successfully captured new market share across banking, NGO, and international development sectors, and led strategic public-private partnership projects in Uganda. His expertise spans client acquisition, data-driven strategy, proposal development, and cross-functional leadership.
