Diana serves as the Growth Stage Program Lead in Rwanda at Sinapis, where she leads the organization’s flagship growth stage programs to drive the growth, impact, and long-term success of high-potential entrepreneurs. Working closely with entrepreneurs, investors, and cross-functional teams, she oversees the end-to-end delivery of the portfolio.

With dual master's degrees, an MSc in Disruptive Innovation from HULT International Business School, San Francisco, and an MSc in International Business from HULT London, Diana embodies a global mindset and a passion for creating meaningful change. Her ability to juggle complex projects with precision, leveraging resource utilisation and strategic planning, has earned her recognition as a reliable and results-oriented professional.
