Edgar is the Country Manager for Sinapis Rwanda, where he leads strategy, partnerships, and day-to-day operations to support entrepreneurs and expand Sinapis’ mission across the country. His work focuses on building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating opportunities for growth within Rwanda’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

He brings a strong background in advocacy, partnerships, and external relations, with experience spanning NGOs, government institutions, and the private sector across East Africa. Prior to joining Sinapis, Edgar spent several years working on regional development efforts with a focus on practical, grounded impact.

Though originally from Rwanda, Edgar grew up across multiple countries and identifies as a classic third culture kid. Outside of work, he’s a lifelong sports fan and loyal supporter of Arsenal FC and the Baltimore Ravens. He enjoys good conversations, Rwandan coffee, and connecting people with purpose.
