Elizabeth oversees and organizes Sinapis alumni engagement programs in Kenya’s coastal region, while also coordinating regional MEL efforts. She loves God and people—an essential foundation for building strong relationships and supporting Sinapis alumni as they grow their businesses. With a background in economics and statistics, Elizabeth honed her people skills and developed a knack for crafting innovative solutions to business challenges through research work with institutions like the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, Innovation for Poverty Action, and the African Population and Health Research Center. She is also passionate about mentoring youth and teenagers during key life transitions.
