Hardley provides crucial logistical and administrative support to the Training Team, ensuring the smooth execution of entrepreneurship programs. His responsibilities include managing  venues, materials, online platforms, and communications, as well as monitoring student progress and engaging with stakeholders to create engaging experiences. His work contributes directly to Sinapis’ mission of alleviating poverty through private sector development.

Hardley holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management from Africa Nazarene University. He has a background in customer service, administration, team-building facilitation, event planning and management, training and leadership, and environmental affairs. He is also a trained junior coach in Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas through Impact Week Kenya and Africa Nazarene Innovation Week, respectively. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Hardley strongly aligns with Sinapis’ mission. He loves spending time with family and enjoys traveling.
