She brings eight years of experience in the nonprofit sector and is passionate about serving people and helping mission-driven work move forward with clarity and follow-through. Ivana speaks five languages and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a degree in Psychology from Al-Baath University in Syria.
