Juliet leads Sinapis’ programs in Uganda. She is a highly determined, self-driven, and motivated leader with a passion to help others transform and live better lives. Juliet leverages her 15 years of IT management, leadership, operations, strategic planning, and business development experience gained through time at Barclays Bank Uganda LTD, Huawei Technologies (MTN - IT Shared Services), BRAC Uganda Bank, and Imagine Me Africa to help entrepreneurs identify various ways to leverage innovation as a key driver for entrepreneurship to solve problems and strive for excellence. She has rich experience working with diverse teams traversing various sectors on short- and long-term consulting, business development projects in strategy, and management for emerging markets. She loves to coach individuals and organizations on how to dream big and achieve their goals. Juliet is passionate about ensuring that Africa-led ventures are creating spaces for entrepreneurs to thrive and build scalable businesses that create more jobs for Africans.
