Kenneth Naturinda

Uganda Country Manager

Kenneth serves as the Uganda Country Manager at Sinapis, where he leads office operations, country strategy, and the growth of a dynamic entrepreneurship ecosystem. His passion for equipping entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and networks they need to build purpose-driven businesses is one of the key reasons he finds joy in his work at Sinapis. With over 11 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship development and agribusiness value chain growth, Kenneth brings a unique blend of expertise. He has supported the setup of entrepreneurship support organizations and built operations for companies working across agricultural value chains—particularly in cash and fruit crops such as cocoa, coffee, jackfruit, avocado, and dried fruits. His previous roles include work with Ekibbo Farming Services, Fiber Foods Group, Balloon Ventures, and Business Lab Uganda. Kenneth holds a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from Makerere University.

Outside of work, Kenneth enjoys farming—growing coffee and cocoa and rearing cattle—and actively participates in initiatives that support both the physical and spiritual transformation of individuals.
