Leah oversees the alumni and partnerships functions at the Sinapis Uganda office, where she equips entrepreneurs for the journey ahead and ensures they join a vibrant community to grow and thrive in business. A self-driven professional, she brings a proven track record in community engagement, data collection and analysis, partnership building, project management, and training.
She has previously served with IntraHealth International, Communication for Development Foundation Uganda, Uganda Society of Architects, and Uganda Youth and Adolescents Health Forum in roles spanning project management, human resources, public relations and media affairs, and content creation. Leah has received training in communications, global health, monitoring and evaluation, social enterprise and people management, as well as climate change research.
Leah is passionate about fostering environments that encourage innovation and helping channel talent and skills toward achieving timely, impactful results. With a strong background in communication, mobilization, and planning, she is well-positioned to strengthen relationships within the entrepreneurial ecosystem while consistently delivering high-quality work.
