Leonard utilizes training, coaching, mentorship, and experiential learning as key ingredients to his business development services. He loves having a coaching conversation where opportunity presents itself. He has rich experience working with diverse teams and sectors across the greater East African region as the founder, lead coach, and trainer at ICA (Integrated Capacity Afrika) Consulting Ltd.

As a Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy trainer, Leonard desires that all entrepreneurs efficiently run their operations and turn in a profit to impact the communities they operate within. He is married to Eva, and they have 3 children, Barbara, Emmanuel, and Shalom.
