Rita is the Entrepreneur Success Coordinator for the coastal region of Kenya at Sinapis, where she connects entrepreneurs with our acceleration programs and community support. With a background in Business Information Technology and over five years of experience in administration, marketing, and project support, she brings a strategic and people-centered approach to her work. Rita is an MSc Project Management finalist with a passion for project communication and has gained hands-on experience in women’s empowerment through organizations like Tewa Training Centre and Hadithi Crafts. She is driven by a desire to help entrepreneurs build businesses that create lasting impact in their communities.
