Sylvie oversees Sinapis' core operations, which includes managing the Sinapis Network of aligned partners across emerging and frontier markets and the FORGE annual event. This also includes managing the Sinapis Entrepreneur Academy and Sinapis Aspire Launchpad across East Africa, which train entrepreneurs on how to scale sustainable SGBs. At HOPE International, she launched the Malawi branch office, developed a network of microfinance banks and saving programs, and created several new products including an SME loan. Her formal education includes degrees for public policy, international business, and economics from Georgetown University, University of Geneva, and University of Richmond. Sylvie’s research on entrepreneurship and sustainable finance has advised the UN, academia, and impact investors. At Sinapis, she continues to apply her passion for entrepreneurial impact.
