Todd serves as an Operations & Strategy Advisor at Sinapis, supporting the U.S. Team in compliance, finance, HR, IT, and strategy. Todd helps drive alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. He has seven years of experience in operations management and studied international business at Messiah University. After four years in our Nairobi office, Todd now lives with his wife, Sharon, in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In addition to his work with Sinapis, he is pursuing a dual Master in Public Policy degree at Harvard Kennedy School and MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
