Todd manages the internal functions of finance, human resources, compliance, and information technology for the Sinapis global team while supporting the same for Sinapis programs in East Africa. Relentlessly curious, Todd strives to ask good questions, design efficient, scalable systems, and build productive and collaborative relationships. He holds a B.S. in international business, marketing, and politics from Messiah University. With a background in internal audit and operations management, Todd has studied or worked in more than 30 countries and currently resides in Nairobi.
