Todd serves as the Associate Director of Administration at Sinapis, overseeing internal operations across development, finance, HR, IT, legal, and compliance. His work spans donor systems, financial tracking, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and campaign execution. He also leads HR and IT strategy, implementing scalable policies in recruitment, performance management, cybersecurity, and facilities, while supporting legal and compliance functions to uphold governance and regulatory standards.

A champion of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Todd helps drive alignment, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization. He brings six years of experience in operations management and holds a B.S. in international business, marketing, and politics from Messiah University. Known for his curiosity, systems thinking, and love of baseball and Broadway, Todd has worked, studied, or spent time in over 40 countries and now lives in Nairobi with his wife, Sharon.
