Violet manages the planning and execution of internally and externally focused project(s) from initiation through delivery, organizing teams and cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of projects and milestones within the program while adhering to budget, scope and schedule requirements, and also performs advanced and diversified support for Sinapis workstream leads. She has 8 years of experience in international students’ affairs, holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and Sociology from University of Nairobi and is now pursuing a master’s degree in human rights, a special focus on vulnerable groups in society. Violet is passionate about eliminating discrimination and building a community where every person is respected and valued.
