What Sinapis coaching involves

Coaching participants commit to a small group of like-minded Sinapis alumni. Together, you work with an experienced coach, gaining insight and clarity about your business structure and processes, practicing new skills, and sharing accountability to act.

• Small group cohorts of 5-6 men and women in similar stages of business growth
• Six-month commitment with optional ongoing support
• Two individual sessions with your coach
• Six group sessions with the coach, each lasting two hours and conducted via video call to allow for greater location flexibility
• Informal chats and messaging to provide ongoing accountability as you work toward your goals
